Favorprep™ DNase I Solution

FavorPrep™ DNase I Solution is a kit contains concentrated DNase I enzyme and DNase I reaction buffer. The user able to easily prepare ready-to-use DNase I working solution through adding DNase I reaction buffer into DNase I enzyme vial. The DNase I solution is suitable for FavorPrep™ RNA extraction kit series and various downstream applications. FavorPrep™ DNase I solution provides a convenient operation process to remove residual DNA on the benchtop, additional incubator is not required. FavorPrep™ RNA extraction kit series match with FavorPrep™ DNase I solution will ensure to obtain high purity RNA without genomic DNA contamination.

Format/Principle: DNase I enzyme (2.5 U/μl) and DNase I reaction buffer.

Applications: General DNase I reaction and on-column DNase I digestion.
